A unique program started in 2005 for salsa lovers to become more attuned to their body movement, becoming significantly more coordinated, balanced and controlled. It was 6 months, and now is 3 months so people don`t have to wait so long to join! Most students have taken this program for 1 year and a half because they see the difference in their learning curve.

Schedule:

 

We are making some schedule changes to the Training Program:

 

9-10:30pm 
(12 wks this session).

(Intermediate to advanced salsa dancers.) Minimum 10 people; Maximum 20.

 

 

Instructor: Stephanie

 

Pre-requisite: You consider yourself to be a salsaholic; Go out to clubs regularly and feel 'stuck' ; Would like to increase body awareness, commit to 3 months of body isolations, styling, body control, turn patterns, shines and feel a dramatic shift in their dancing.
