Sunday Salsa Social

Take part in the weekly Sunday Salsa Social at Dovercourt House! Still going strong after 5 whole years! Buzzing energy for dancers of adv beginner and up.

• Every Sunday from 5:15 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. 
• Starts with a lesson from 5:15 p.m. – 6 p.m. - $8. 
  Shines & Styling on2 (All levels!)
• Social dancing to DJ Nilson's music from 6 pm – 10:00 pm - $6
• Teachers subject to change. Prices change during special events.

 Please note Social has increased to $6 as of January 4th, 2009.

For Cha cha, Bachata and Salsa lovers across the GTA who want to spice up their Monday nights! Start early and make your way to Alley Catz later on!

March 1st: The great salsa maester Juan Calderon of Cultural Explosion & his partner Christina from New Jersey are in town doing workshops at Dovercourt House. Juan is teaching men's workshop, Christina ladies' workshop instead of SalsaSteph's shines lesson 5:15-6:15 ($10 FOR LESSON; $6 after 6:15pm).

SalsaSteph will be judging the Jack n Jill competition.

September 4-7: NYC Salsa Congress in Manhattan (Hilton Hotel Times Sq area) GDM will be there!

Student Outings

Every six weeks at the end of a session, students and instructors go dance. Whether it’s at the social or at a weekend festival, we dance, check out live music and have a great time!

We are usually at the Toronto Salsa Practice (.com) Saturdays 3:30 onwards! This is the best place for beginners to socialize.
